A very merry subtle Christmas

Green and white and all things bright! Plus an occasional touch of bling of course….

How fun is Christmas decorating? It's a time to immerse oneself in the festive mood, and for this interior environmentalist an excuse to bring even more greenery indoors!

While I admire eclectic decorations and my kiddos went a bit mad for a very pink Christmas tree at a holiday market last weekend, I personally always opt for coordinated approach and palate. Especially with a love for plants, incorporating many shades of green with white and light is my version of holiday bliss. I recommend focusing on interesting angles and layers (as evidenced by my photo picks).

I don’t usually go in for shiny, gold things, but I love a good makeover and Christmas really does represent the best occasion to incorporate bling. Here is my vision the holidays.

Below are some ideas I've been inspired by and shall implement to add some subtle festive cheer to our family home this Christmas. Imagery has been sourced via Pinterest from my Christmas inspiration Board, where you'll find links to their original source.
