What is consciousness? Is it a feeling, a vision, a thought? For me, it is an evolving state of awareness—an ongoing dialogue between curiosity and creativity. It is a paradigm where perception deepens and expands, where questions exist beyond the need for answers. Consciousness is not a static condition but a dynamic process of inquiry, imagination, and exploration—an interwoven tapestry of thought, emotion, and possibility. The Consciousness collection invites you to explore this ineffable enigma through my artistic lens.
Each piece is an inquiry into states of awareness, the moments where creation becomes a form of transcendence—an unveiling of infinite possibilities, radical imagination.
Art, meditation, and quantum theory share a common language; each urges us to step beyond conventional perceptions of reality and engage with a space that defies linguistic constraints. Consciousness, in this sense, is both an optical illusion and a conceptual challenge—one I sought to explore through this body of work.
Each print in this collection preserves the ephemeral essence of an original three-dimensional sculptural assemblage—composed of abstractly hand-painted glass surfaces, meticulously layered to form intricate compositions. These assemblages exist only for the duration of their photographic capture before they are dismantled, leaving the photographic image as the sole record of their existence.
This process, which I term Sculptography, encapsulates the transient nature of creation where I envision an ongoing dialogue—an opportunity to form a relationship between the work and its viewer. Just as consciousness is fluid and ever-evolving, so too is the meaning of these works.
I invite you to immerse yourself in their layers, explore their depths, and contemplate your own perception of consciousness. My wish is for these pieces to serve as a catalyst for reflection, inviting you into an experience of presence, inquiry, and transformation.
