About Anna

A New Zealand transplant living in Toronto, I like to think I bring a healthy dose of Kiwi ingenuity to my art practice—because that’s what you do when you’ve spent half your life at the bottom of the globe.

My work is rooted in curiosity, transformation, and the constant reinvention of what’s possible. With each new collection, I challenge myself to begin again—to reimagine the overlooked, often working with discarded or forgotten materials and sculpting them into something unexpected. Something other.

Each assemblage I build exists briefly—formed, then dismantled. Through the lens of my camera, I preserve that fleeting moment. The resulting fine art photograph, released in limited edition, becomes the sole record of the sculpture’s existence.

I call this process Sculptography—a translation of ephemeral 3D forms into enduring 2D works. A way to bring the impermanent into permanence, and into your home to be loved and lived with.

I believe art is more than décor—it’s an extension of your inner world. Like a personal insignia, it expresses your style and stories without saying a word. The visuals you choose to surround yourself with should spark joy, invite reflection, and nurture your sense of beauty and wellbeing. My hope is that my work does all three.

Though abstract and surrealist in nature, my pieces are created with intention: to stir curiosity at first glance and deepen in meaning and connection over their lifetime with you. They’re equally at home in expressive, layered interiors and calm, minimalist spaces.

Knowing my art has become part of people’s daily lives—residing in thoughtful, art-filled homes across the world, bringing meaning and beauty—feels like the highest compliment.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m likely curating, styling, or rearranging my home, hanging out with my teenagers, or building playlists for my next DJ set.
Motherhood, art, interiors, fashion, and music—they’re all part of how I live a conscious, artful life.

Art should invite you to look deeper—yet always feel like a welcome cohabiter.

I would love to hear from you!

I welcome questions about my existing body of work, framing, partnership opportunities as well as enquiries for commissions and bespoke art pieces. I look forward to connecting.
